On our recent trek across the Netherlands and Germany to Czech and back, Mrs E was very unimpressed with the comfort of the pillion seat, on what should in theory be the most comfortable bike I've ever owned.
My suspicion is that the position of the pillion pegs, combined with the big panniers, means that her feet are too far forward to be able to take any weight off the seat.
Anybody got suggestions for things that might help?
I'm not sure whether the existing seat is standard or not, it's what it had on when I bought it … maybe a flatter pillion seat would help.
