Pinlock on an Arai Tour X4..............

Shite. No amount of adjustment will stop it fogging at the bottom just to the left. The problem is the brow vent seal pushes the pinlock down everytime the visor is lifted breaking the seal and leaving a very slight gap.
I'm beginning to think it's better without. At least any misting can be wiped away.

I agree they are rubbish.

The visor has such a tight curve that the inner visor touches the outer visor causing distortion. I leave the pinlock out when possible and crack the visor open to stop steaming up. Arai took it back and the best they could do was to fit new visors and treat me to some goodies. Still not impressed though.
