I want to do some cosmetic fixes on my 2007 GSA. Bike is at about 74k miles at the moment and has been well used (and abused). Runs fine, but could do with some refresh here and there...
Question for this thread is: pipes.

The bike has Remus decat pipes. They were never chrome (brownish coloured). During lockdown I cleaned the pipes with the Harpic method. I also might have been over-eager on brushing them and they started rusting pretty well where they've been brushed the hardest.

I would like to either get them polished and chromed or open to suggestions to whatever could be done to "refresh" them (I'm not sure). Possibly southern England/London area.

Ceramic coating maybe. Look it up. Even polishing those now won't make them good enough for chroming in my opinion. Others may know better.

Ye, I was thinking Cerakote (I think LoIQ does that, right?) but isn’t it just black?
