Pirelli Angel GT

I fitted a pair for my trip t Spain & Portugal and they were superb. Great in both the wet & dry (I've run them to the edge both front and rear) and still loads of life left after 3,300 miles on my K1300S. This is from a rider who wrecked a set of PR3's on my 1200GSA in 4k so a smoother steadier rider should be more than happy with the mileage

I will fit another set and that's the best recommendation I can give them

I'm un-decided on them.
Smooth and quiet, fantastic grip and wearing well. The RT has been claiming lots of sportsbike scalps since I fitted these :thumb2

However, the bike has developed a very eerie weave at about 80-90 mph. It all goes very light and disconnected feeling. I'm sure it's the tyres- I've not changed anything else. It does this with or without a pillion onboard.

Running 36-42psi as recommended.

So I'd say better than the benchmark PR3s (I've had a few sets) apart from the weave.

Don't know yet what my next tire wil be. Currently running the PR3, and very pleased with it, but been hearing and reading really good comments about this new Pirelli, even to the point that it's better than the PR3 in the wet.
Just don't know how much better a tire can be, the PR3 has been excellent for me on the RT, enough mileage (I'm guessing I'll get to 15000kms with these tyres), and in the Alps never did anything weird or strange, even when riding in atack mode.

Don't know yet...
