Pivot arm cover with BM roundel

HI,

I have seen a few GS1200 around fitted with a pivot arm cover in the BMW roundel design and have tried to source one. Plenty of other designs around but leads on sourcing a roundel one have not been successful.

I believe someone on this site used to make/sell them

Anyone on here know if these are still made/sold?

I got a set of four BMW stick on roundels, designed for Alloy wheels, in a local car accessory shop for about £8. Fits the pivot arm great Used the others on the panniers and the screen.

looks like they only do a full set of them now - Cost me about €30 just for the swinging arm covers - but they look better than the black plastic on one side and nothing on the other !!!

I have been looking for one as well, I did a bit of a fleabay search for BMW Roundal, I think, and depending on the size you can get one for little money.
I need to go and measure now !!!!!!!!!!

i got mine for about £15 from someone on here - well made and not a sticker that i can tell. can remember who though!

but im sure if u search for pivot cover in the 1200 section you will find it

Hi Skyenet, do you have speakers hanging off your mirrors? Like what you've done with your bike, any side-on piccys?

Hmm - I'd also be interested to learn more about those speakers, too !!

Incredibly difficult to source small binnacle type waterproof speakers - I'd given up trying to find any, other than Stateside!!
