Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.
I'm looking for the right intercom system for touring but am getting hung up on something.
I want a system where we can talk and listen to music at the same time but if one of us don't want the music but still wants to chat, the music can be disabled in one helmet.

I think the Starcom1 digital, with the dual inputs is the one but i'm not sure and i dont want to spend cash on something that don't do all i want.

Wireless or wired, either will do.

Thanks in advance

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

It has, countless times, with several differing view points to say the least!

Best advice you will get is to read the threads on here and then draw your own conclusions... :thumb

Have a look across the pond too at Adventure Rider, they too have many a discussion on this subject...

There is, unfortunately, no definitive answer... :(

I have an Autocom Super Pro Automatic (made by Starcom now). My daughter likes punk rock so she brings her own ipod and wires that into the Aux 5 socket. We can chat away but listen to our own music or (less likely!) share the same music at whatever volume we choose.

I don't doubt that one or other Starcom system will do something very similar.
