Popped into Lind BMW, Norwich today. Mainly to enquire about how much an 18,000 mile service would be on my R1200GS. Last year's 12k service was over £400 
I asked if they could supply semi synth oil instead of the fully synth, as that made the engine knock louder.
Imagine my surprise when they quoted £165. It's not due until summerish time, but it's nice to know it's not going to cost another arm and leg.
While I was there, they were sorting out some water damaged stock, due to a pipe burst in the winter. Clothing and helmets etc. I was told to keep an eye out for their ebay web site.
