Plug Spanner Help!!

Help,
presently going around in circles trying to source a Spark Plug Spanner for a 2008 RT. Lots of conflicting info around the web. What I need help with is the actual size of the Socket. I appreciate that a long reach thin wall socket is required. I don't know if my plugs are 10mm or 12mm.

Plugs are 12mm thread, hex size is 16mm.

i got a set of box spanners.
thought they'll-come-in-handy (didn't know WTF for though )
... every time i'm stuck scratching my head wondering WTF will fit ____ (insert problem of choice here) - i reach for them.
last time it was the plug size on my K100.
