You can probably get to Welwyn Garden City on dry roads (right up to the B1000).

The last ½-mile I can't say - but if you go steady I'm sure that you'd be OK.

WHAT?:confused:......... i was there at 13.10 till 13.16 i didn't see any bikes in the car park so i left........i thought i had the wrong place and time, but just checked it now and i was in the right place, was you?:toungincheek
