PMR Antenna

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone out there in webland knows where i can buy an external antenna for my puxing px-777 for use on the PMR frequency. All the antenna's i have found are not the right frequency. Does the frequency have to be exactly right or will something close do? I have heard if it is wrong the signal reflects back into the radio and can damage it.
