PM's and Avatars

Hi guys

I'm fairly new to this board and posted a couple of messages but I'm damned if I can find out how to insert an Avatar here? Can anyone help please?

Also, I've tried sending a few PM's to posts I've read but an error message informs me that I cannot send PM's. Why? Can anyone help?

avatars are sorted via "user cp" at the top of the page and you need to be a sponsor to pm, cost only £12 pa, look under faq's to find out how to
