Police??? What's happening in South Wales????

I was travelling west on the M4 yesterday when an unmarked, black VW Passat with blcked out windows came howling along the the east bound carriageway. It's headlights were flashing, (side to side) and it had a pair of concealed blue lights front and back, also flashing.

Today, as I'm riding east past junction 32 on the M4 when I see 2 pairs of flashing blue lights and headlights tearing up behind me. Naturally, the first thing I do is check my speedo!!!! OK, back to the story, tearing past me, doing "over 90mph" comes an unmarked, de-badged, dark metallic coloured Range Rover with big f*ck-off wheels, (low profile, like a drug dealer or Premier League footballer's car), blacked out windows again, with concealed blue lights and flashing headlights. About 20' behind the Range Rover is a black VW Caravelle with conceelaed blue lights, flashing headlights and blacked out windows.
