Hi Ian Did you get out today? My bike is in bits at the moment so just missed the sunny days ride. Are you at the windmill Tuesday? can fill you in on the Porsche and stuff
Beautiful day out. Louise and I eventually left home about 11am and pulled into the Ponderosa just affter midday.
Followed a couple of local GSs on the last few miles into Llangollen but lost 'em when we pulled into town - L**GSA and L***ADV ??? Local lads I think.
Llangollen was amazingly busy.
There was a canoeing competition on the river, Thomas the Tank and one of his mates were doing rides for the kids and there was also a Food Festival on.
Bumped into Phil (Flipfly) who was chatting to Andres (Outtamunch) and Jan. He paused for breath long enough to introduce me to them, nice to meet you both)
We had a great ride back via Erbistock ,Overton and Penley . That run back is awesome and no matter how busy the rest of the roads are you hardly see another vehicle until you hit Whitchurch and then Nantwich.
The Whitchurch road was closed though so had to divert to Audlem to get home.

Hi LJ. Asumed you were local becuase of the direction you came from when you popped up in front of us just off dual carriageway and the CYMRU stickers on the panniers.
Obviously not that local
We lost you when we popped into town for 5 mins and then had lunch at the Ponderosa too. Didnt notice your bikes up there. Bumped into a couple of other Gsers tho. Glad you had a good day out.
