Pop Pop Pop on the Overrun

No, not a new song title.

My R80ST has just started popping through the silencer on the overrun.

I'm looking for a diagnosis.

Shall I start on the carbs first, or on the ign timing?

Or have I got an air leak somewhere?

(Fitted with full Klien s/s system, with collector box).

Only started this recently.

Only started this recently.

Most usually an air leak in the exhaust system, front pipes to collector box maybe!

Don't worry, sounds quite nice I think

Do you have a leak from the exhaust somewhere ? check it for cracks or the clamps that may be loose
