Rear Drive Diagrams

My mates outer rear drive seal leaked today and had to be recovered for the second time in a week
This is on a rear drive with less than 7000 miles and 8 months old, replaced under warranty[bike has only done 22000 total]
It had new bearings/seals fitted last week and the oil dumped allover the back wheel/Tyre/disc/pads and bike fully loaded, it could have killed him,
Recovered, fucked up bank holiday weekend, Replaced seal and had to go back 5 miles later as oil covered brake pads left on oil covered disc, trying to kill him I am sure,
replaced pads and 5 days later and 30 miles later it has done the same again, Fucked up another day out,Recovered again to say he is unhappy or happy to be alive ,don't know which
