A ride out has been suggested for the Saturday, Bazman for one knows the local roads.

Any interest? There are some great, quiet roads in the area so worth a wander.

I'm hoping Stu (Brut 33) will lead an in town version.

keep Stu on a leash, he'll be all over the show as he sniffs the air for beer and food.:D

Yep
I would like a ride out
Love the roads around there and many happy memories of riding the area, with Micky & others

I misread the title, I thought it was ‘Possible riot’ so I’m out.

Will I go to jail?

My best ever drive was from Moffat to Edinburgh one day, as the sun was going down.
I was frustrated by a guy in front driving a Navarro pickup and thought I’d need to get past asap when we left Moffat. Instead, I spent the next 20-30 miles doing some silly speeds and just using him to extend my headlights. He was very quick and I was in a Celica so it handled really well but there was no way I was going to pass. I sat back and really enjoyed myself instead, then returned the same way the next afternoon whilst on a conference call. Seeing the scenery suddenly made me a lot more circumspect in the way I drove south, compared to the night before…🤣

Yes, it's a great road for a bit of a hoon......

Coffee at the monastery?
If Bakers not been there I’ll take him, everyone should visit 👍
Need to watch the forecast, I fancy a day in Moffat with Stu & Co checking out certain ‘establishments’, pick the best day out for that, and a day in the hills, pick the best day out for that 🤣🤣

I will be up for a ride out as long as they are not dirt tracks. My tanks are not built for those.
But then again i do like day drinking.:augie

Sounds like a plan coming together :beerjug:

and me
We could go to that Commubity Hub tearooms in Eskdalemuir again (better than Samye Ling’s)
Not fussed either way, just that if Baker's not been to the Tibetan Monastery he aught to go have a look.

We can chose on the day ....

I'll be on the Likkle Cub but I don't mind waiting for ya's :augie

Monastery is worth a look as you say
We could throw you a rope to your Cub, so we can whizz you up the hills with our bigger bikes
I might bring the Tenere
