Post AFC50 winter cleaning regime

This is the area I worry about most. Not sure if these are coated as it's advised to stay clear of the brakes. Don't know how to solve/prevent.
If you've been out on salted roads, then just rince the calipers off with warm soapy water (car shampoo soapy). That's all it needs. Do that and you can stop worrying . Has worked for me for years and years. But you'll also have to occasionally clean the pistons - but that's for another post!

The only thing I would like to add to all the good advice previously posted is that, for some reason, the front shock body will tarnish (not rust) over a winter of leisure riding unless topped up with ACF50. Very strange. So, if you're going to dab some fresh stuff about after one of the winter rinses, keep this in mind.

I am also like you: I had the bike covered in Corrosion Block (An ACF50 product) about a month ago by All Year Biker and am resisting cleaning it. I am going to clean and respray the front shock though!!
