I'd like to post it on here in the B&B but don't know how. I've saved it on my laptop and it comes up labelled IMG_5816.MOV but I don't seem to be able to insert it in the post.

When posting on ukgser there is an attachment icon but that is for .jpeg etc there is no mention of a .mov option and clicking on the film icon initiates a 'dialogue type' box which I think only covers / steers you towards youtube clips... I will watch out for learned replies to yr question; sorry i can't help!
