When you are watching said You tube clip look to the right of the window and you will see a window with a yellow 'subscribe' In this grey box you will see 'embed' this is the info u need to copy, if you click in the embed 'url' info to highlight it and use ctrl+c to 'copy the info, you then need to just paste that info in here:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/n9-8UsJ-cpc&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/n9-8UsJ-cpc&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

for some reason if I try to post an embed in Google Chrome I just get a blank space. Yet posting exactly the same in IE 8 produces the desired result

<object width="445" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kUNdkDF3Mv0&hl=en_GB&fs=1&rel=0&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kUNdkDF3Mv0&hl=en_GB&fs=1&rel=0&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="445" height="364"></embed></object>

I should have added the blank space is only in preview mode. I think it has something to do with refreshing the screen in Google Chrome
