power/audio cable for Quest

OK I've done my search....Is there a place out there where I can buy a power/audio cable ONLY? I just wanted to stick it to the RAM holder that I have, without spending £50 for the whole lot cable+power holder....I can't believe nobody has done this....

I think RAM / GPS Warehouse are creating one to fit to the RAM Mount, but i do believe it's independant of the cradle.

As yet it's not released, it was due May, but put back to sometime June i think is the latest....

RAM-Man is the one in the know.....

I'm holding out for it... just hope it's available soon!!!

I've been away for a few days so am out of sync with these threads.

The suggested thread link is simplicity in itself and it won't work ! .. as the Quest unit needs a voltage regulator which I have echoed in previous fourm threads.

From my experiences with QPAC, these Vreg chips on the bike mounts are being rated at 125 deg C and they need it.

Touratech do a power/audio lead with built in voltage regulator but this will cost you £45 or so!

They are joking! I cld buy the garmin cable+cradle or the maplin set with that money!!!!
