The new pcv comes with auto tune set up which means no dyno time required just plug and play, just like the remus powerizer.I'm ordering mine later today to see what it does to an other wise stock bike, any one else got one?
I would still pay for a single Dyno power run/mixture check once fitted just to be sure the 'optimised' fuelling really is accurate (and more importantly, safe from risk of detonation or exhaust valve damage).
Plus you get a printout graph to show:
a) You really have made an improvement
b) air/fuel ratio throughout the engines power curve
Do you have a link for the V, all I see is the III. (I will admit that my search has not exactly been exhaustive)
Would you need two of the auto tune? one for each of the O2 sensors.
Suddenly it's one Power Commander V, then it's an auto tune or two, then a switch to fip between maps, then it's a LCD, then a gear position sensor, where do you stop.
