Hi I have posted this quotation previously (on the end of an old thread) so apologies for that, my engine transplant project is o. The road (1150gs in a citroen Acadian) generally its fine https://youtu.be/MEGdA0LkfDE.
But the overly long intake and long convaluted exhaust minus Cat are confusing the ecu (at least that my thoughts). I have some "Tills de" upgraded injectors so a "John's tuning chip" is an o(unless I swap injections back). So the van goes well enough but "stutters" in traffic and backfires insanely overrun. Scaring pedestrians
. Somebody has suggested a powecommander and a visit to a rolling road. Has anyone on here got experience with a powecommander? I imagined that it was just like the old fashioned "chip change" that essentially it came with a new "map" and didn't allow for any adjustment? But this is assumption. I don't think any "off the shelf map" will help.. As long as I keep driving it flat out its fine
. New HES. New oxygen sensor BTW.. My bike backfires too since I did de cat.. But not in the same league as the van.. Cheers
