powered sockets and things

Hi does anyone else have this issue, when the zummo or some other powered gizmo is on a switched live every time you turn the ignition off for eg a pee stop, ball adjust, petrol ect it turns everything else off and having switched power stops you charging your phone without the key in.

So I unplugged the feed to my 2 power sockets and connected it via a fuse directly to the battery, so now I can charge things including the bike battery, power things and plug 2 heated jackets in with no problems.
