You can zip it up, and then post the .zip file (if it's not too big).

Steve, once zipped it is still 1.4MB which I think is still to large

You could try hosting it for free on somewhere like http://www.rapidshare.de
Then when you have uploaded it to them you get a link that you can just post here for all the members to go to and they can download your .pps file
