Hope your aware if using with the DX1000 (as i will be)you will have to cut a section of the rubber cover off.

As it happens, I have just bought the 1.5m 13 noose end chain to give me a bit more length () when away.

I'll be adding a Litelok X3 to the security kit which will go through the front disc/wheel.

Great lock that. X1 Plus can also go round the physical wheel...

I need to advertise my prgmasis 19mm chain, 30mm super doofer pin and squires 80mm lock..

Agreed. I carry an X chain but can't use it with my Litelok X1, so have to use it with another less robust lock. My X1 won't go over either wheel, so use it through both front discs or a spoke, or through rear sprocket and disc

So would it be possible to see a photo of how you route this through the rear wheel, I am struggling with the DX1000 on the rear wheel and contemplating the Litelok alternative to connect the bike to the mega chain.

The way I route mine would be different for you as I'm guessing that you have a completely different bike. Basically, I fit the X1 through my front disc carriers and through one of my cast spokes. On the rear I either fit a smaller lock through one of the holes on my rear sprocket or use an alarmed disclock and sometimes wrap the X chain around the rear wheel. It's different for each of my bikes but since my earlier post I've invested in a few more chains including a 14mm Kryptonite.

The DX1000 won't fit over the rear wheel.Whats the issue of fitting it to the front wheel.I now use the DX1000 along with the pragmasis 16mm noose end chain when out on the bike.Have the Hiplock mega,chain to connect to when in the garage at home.
