I've been trying to get in touch with Pragmasis for a while now (over the last 3 weeks). I've tried phone and email. No joy.

Anyone been successful having contact with them lately?

They normally get back to you quickly, but they are always quite busy, may have taken a short break, did you use this email

Hey, thanks for this. Your email link is the same I used. I appreciate they're busy and to be fair, they do mention this on their site. I guess after no reply and a few calls with no luck I started wondering...well, I'm still wondering
