a great weekend, even the weather came right on sunday.

thanks to dave & val for organising such a great event, fanum for doing the fords ride out & not forgetting bakerman for the mother of all breakfasts :)

Bilks and I missed Friday....that WAS a shame...:)..had a great time putting names to faces...thank you Val and Dave for a fantastic time...thanks to Gary (Shrek) and Tre for putting our tent up 'cos we were so cack at it...still wish I could be your third driver Fanum, but I think I would be missed for 4 weeks somehow...here's hoping that you're all home safe and dry..x

A big thanks to Dave and Val, and all the others who helped put together a great weekend.

Looking forward to the next one.

Am I right in thinking that I haven´t seen a single foto of Uncle Albert?!!? Peter didnt you go?

Now that I have had a decent, windless and rain free night, a hot shower, a breakfast served by a woman who was glad to see me - those who were in the cafe on Saterday morning know what I mean before any smutty inuendo creeps in - may I add my thanks too.
To Dave and Val, thank you for the welcome in the bar, and for seemingly, effortlessly, organising this glorious event - and for bringing all the prizes and t-shirts.
I am not going to be naming everyone who was there, for the thought of missing some of you out. Good to put faces to names, and voices, instead of these silly avatars. I thank you for your welcome, your camaraderie - you are all Tossers, especially Steptoe and Whatton, in fact anyone who was standing down round the courtyard at 1.00 a.m. on Saturday night when it was (Steptoe, insert whatever word you want here)....................... freezing. Don't anybody ever let Chris The Fat Twat become a barman, his measures would have his business bust in a few days :D
Fanum, the ride out was great. Showed me the extent of what a gps system can do - not sure whether it joins the wish list along with goretex underpants, trousers, socks and t-shirts.
Bakerman, I've not been sick yet, so its looking okay, so far.
Does anyone know if Lucy and BHT managed to leave the campsite and got home?;)
Cheers guys :beerjug:
P.S. What were the dates for next year? 2/3/4 or 9/10/11 or 16/17/18 - a few days haggling with the wife now before it finally goes into the diary.

What can I say?

Just got home this morning after stopping off for a few beers on the way home, and I'd just like to echo all the sentiments already made.

Dave and Val - as usual you excelled yourselves in the organisation of another brilliant weekend.- roll on next year (Rev - it's the 9/10/11 weekend :thumb)

Big respect to Booboo for his sterling efforts selling raffle tickets, and checking 23 times that I'd registered ( I was actually the first to do so!!).

Great to meet all the old tossers again and meet lot's of new tossers. See you all next year.

Having ribbed Lucy for the past 6 months after her performace in Zary, Poland, it's now the BHT's turn.

I have it on good authority that BHT decided to abandon all of the rideouts in favour of savouring the red grape on Saturday afternoon. Having imbibed a quantity of said grape, the BHT decided to have a ½-hour kip at about 6pm. He emerged from said kip at about 10.30pm only to find the speeches and raffle pretty much over (did he win the Park Lane suit?) but set about the booze once more.

He emerged from his tent at about 11am on Sunday morning only to find the campsite deserted!

:D

Greg

PS Three cheers to Dave and Val for pulling all this together!!

could do with this in front of me right now, would be nice without the hangover .

Many thanks and much praise to Val & Dave

Fantastic weekend.

Apart from the wet everything met with my expectations after reports of previous events. Good to put names to faces and to confirm what a load of waz heads most (!??) of the club are.

Good trip down with Maverick and Judge and a great blast back on me tod. Pressure washer used (from a hopefully safe distance) to clear the mud and cr*p from the bike after the Val & Dave road ride out.

Great beer, food, dry accommodation and lots of chat. Even two good nights sleep (Optimate ear plugs).

Roll on next year!!

Thanks

Once again a great weekend at Princetown, glad to have made it this time.

A big thank you to Dave and Val who put in an enormous effort to make this event the success it is.
Also BooBoo and Jim and all the other volunteers who chip in.

looking forward to next year.

Hope to see some of you at the Hereford Xmas Social.:beerjug:

cheers

Gerry H.
