Printing email probs ????

Just reinstalled and old Epson 810 printer onto my system(xp) but every time I try and print an Email, I keep getting a message saying "An error has occured on the script/line34/char1/" blah blah blah, and then asking if i want to continue running scripts.
It prints webpages etc but just not Emails .

Ideas anyone ??????
