Problem accessing all parts of the forum

I am having difficulty gaining access to certain parts of the forum ie for sale etc it shows a padlock against that section.
Admin can you please help ?
I am sure its my age or glasses!

But I am however its only when I use Tapatalk on my tablet. Its OK when I use my laptop. Strange.
