Hi Folks,

Does anyone have the following system to provide some feedback?
BMW Navigator V
C3 Pro - Schuberth SRC-System
iphone 6 / Android (I don’t think it matters)

I have the following issue with the above setup.
Schuberth is paired with Nav V.
Iphone is paired with Nav V.
All done by the book.
Everything works except one small glitch which is very annoying.
When any incoming call comes, Nav V disconnects SRC and the SRC resets itself. :blast
All outgoings calls / music / GPS Voice works perfectly.
Also, when I paired SRC directly with my iphone (without Nav V), both incoming and outgoing calls work :nenau

Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Jake

I have this very setup (with Android phone). No problems so far, incoming calls work flawlessly. Up to date firmware an all devices as of March 2015.

Cheers
Stefan

Why is this post in the GS Lc section ?. You might get more responses in the relevent GPS section :D.

I had 660, SRC & iPhone 5s.
Could never get the set up to work.
My solution was to put SRC in box & swap 660 for Nav 5, kept iPhone 5s.
Its still won't work, but it doesn't frustrate me to the extent that I want to stamp hard all over it all any more

SRC AND NAV V

I have the same problem, however my SRC works well with the sat nav, connects to the phone but it then fails to have any voice comms with calls made or received.

My 660 worked fine so i no what i am doing well nearly. ? ah well having no phone is good most of the time.?

I had a similar problem - my set up is the same except iPhone 5s.

The problem turned out to be the order that I had paired the SRC & iPhone to the Nav 5.

I noticed that when I turned on the SRC it would say 'Phone Connected'.

I reset all the bluetooth connections and then re-paired the phone to the Nav 5 and then the Nav 5 to the SRC (the order might be wrong as it was a long time ago, but Googling it should show up some similar issues).

Now when I turn on the SRC it says 'GPS Connected' and all works fine.

Hope this helps.

I have an iPhone, Nav V and Sena SMH10R.

Sena recommend that the iPhone is paired to the Nav V.

Then you pair the Nav V to the Sena headset as a "phone" so that you get the nav instructions, phone calls and music streamed through to the headset.

Always turn on the headset first, before firing up the bike's ignition and the Nav V. But when the headset pairs to the Nav V the headset always announces "phone paired".

Nav 5

Yep tried all updates on my nav v and still not working. No phone connects and then drops connection, arrrrrh .?

Mine says "GPS Connected" as well.
I found a thread on another forum talking about the Contact List being to large when pairing your phone with Nav V.
There is a pop up message on the phone asking if you want to import the Contact List. I tired it and it seems to work but I can't dial anyone from Nav V, unless I remember the number... :blast
I've contacted Garmin, lets wait... :)

It seems the common denominator here is the iphone. You are all willing to throw your SRCs in a box swap out your 660 for a 500 and accept a lower standard of service. Whilst other people are here telling you they have the set up working without issue on an android device. I have the same setup working without issue on a window phone device.

Nav v and SRC

No I wish, mine is a Nokia windows phone as well.!

I have Precisely same configuration ( c3 pro SRC, Nav 5, iPhone 6 Plus). Drove me crazy first time I got it working.

Check all firmware latest.
I paired phone to Nav 5 then helmet to Nav 5.

Follow pro instructions not basic instructions as the decryption of the channel buttons is different.

Good luck
