Provision of email but not internet browsing?

Is there a simple way of providing our office pc (not currently online) with email facility (mainly for communication with me 'on the road') - but without the opportunity for staff to log on the the internet (patient confidentiality issues). Alternatively, could the pc be set up so that it could only log onto one (secure) site where we could exchange the info?
