Hello all.

Has anybody tried the latest version of the Puig ERS?

https://puig.tv/en/tuning-motos/windshields-lift-up-mechanism/e-r-s-electronic-regulable-screen (hope the link works)

I currently have the Puig touring screen with cymark brackets, which works really well for me on my 2018 GSA triple black. My only gripe is having to stop to undo both slide bolts before I can move the screen to either the higher (motorway) or lower position (lanes). Doing it on the move whilst dropping off or onto a slip road would be excellent. Living in Devon and using the GSA for work I do loads of motorway miles mixed with blasts across Dartmoor and our other wonderful country lanes.

I appreciate its expensive and not strictly necessary, but is it any good?

I have a Puig Touring screen and I can adjust it on the move if I heed to , but I have the Puig support brackets fitted. Stopping to adjust your screen before getting back on the motorway, or vice versa is perhaps an ideal opportunity to calibrate the brain to the change of roads.

Rather then go all techno,

Fit a screen , set its height and leave it alone?, the less your thinking about other than riding the better.

Or if you absolutely have to have it electronic, fit a pressure sensor into the circuit, (forward facing) and program at what speeds the

screen needs to move at.

Same here and as you know the Puig ones do not clamp the screen adjusters, merely supporting.

Is this a new version?
I fitted the original version. Very heavy and rattled at lowish speeds. Turbulence and wind noise was made worse (std GSA screen). I removed it.
