Afternoon Everyone,

I have only located the one review on UKGSer of the above product as advertised and sold by a well know distributor of BMW parts.

I believe the person concerned seemed pleased with their purchase back in 2020. However, the lack of sight of further reviews may provide the answer as to whether this is a worthwhile upgrade?

In fairness the product website is quite informative, but does the product cut the mustard?

Thanks.

I fitted a set that Steve gave me,
I found the bike hard to start from cold,
The ignition timing needed retarding a significant amount to stop it pinking.
I couldn’t say as there was any improvements to power.
Can’t comment on fuel consumption as I removed them soon after.
To be fair,I think the ones I had were an earlier design and were subsequently improved upon.

Ive got them on my R100R and i think there is a definite improvment in the bikes smoothness and performance , the bike is twin plugged and im not sure if that makes a difference , its got the Siebenrock pistons and barrels which have now done about 8k miles. The only thing that i have noticed is that its easier to start first thing using full choke.
Earlier on in the year i rode the bike down to the airhead event at Sammy Millers , cruising down and back at about 65 to 70 mph with panniers on, the bike did 62.9 mpg . Which i reckon is pretty good.

Thank you.

Seems one for, and one against so far.

Can anyone else add to the mix? For example, is supposed upgrade better suited to twin plugging?

Thanks
