Seems to be a fair bit on here about PR4's getting easily punctured....that said im on my third set at 12000 mls and so far no punctures... Just wondered which tyres seem to be less addicted to nails, screws, bolts etc.... be interesting to see if anyone has suffered punctures in other brands......or if nails ,etc have failed to penetrate all the way through.....

To clarify, is that three sets of tyres in 12000 miles .. Or 12000 miles done on your third set?

I want more than 4000 per set of tyres if it's the first option!

Im using Avon Trailriders after PR4s...They don't seem to get much press on here but I think tyey are fantastic and do all that the PR4s did and more.

I'm now doing the odd green lane on my ride home and they are they are impressing there to...

I've had one puncture in them but that was something nasty that would have fecked what ever Tyre I had

5400 on first set.....5900 second set and now on third.....a lot of two up ....
