Google the nokia n99i, not a real nokia but I think it has the capabilities you are looking for.

So, I take it that's a no then...
I looked in to these for a Blackberry (I have to have 2 Curves
, one for my company and one for a contract I have).Found a supplier of dual SIMS which were a bit pricey but the show stopper was you cannot run them at the same time, which for me defeats the object. I want the ability to receive calls/emails from both SIMS without the faff of re-booting the handset

I'm not sure about the e-mail aspect but they hold two active SIM cards.
