I have got my old basic back :clap
It has had a PD tank single seat and rack fitted as per picture

But i like the bike in standard trim

Question is keep it as it is or return it to standard :nenau

If your going to use / abuse the bike / tank, put the small one on.

If it's not going to get abused, then the big tank makes the bike look "right", IMO.

i like the small tanks better, but i would say that as that's the only one i have :)

what do you prefer, fit or fat?

Put it back to standard and sell me the single seat and rack please.

Looks crap with the pd stickers on the tank and the orange seat. Far to many colours going on.

Standard seat, White tank with the kalahari stickers and a White flyscreen and you'll have the best looking airhead ever made.

Got agree with Rob but I am biased. BMW just got it so right with the standard Basics

Beat me to it Rob..
Kalahari stickers will sort the tank.

I think 2wheelhumvee still does Kalahari stickers :thumb2

fuck all will sort the paralever tho' :rob

Looks a little odd without the handguards and with those nasty grey grips... I must say that I prefer the smaller G/S tank to the PD one on a Basic though, as others have said, the large tank would suit the machine better in Kalahari trim :thumb

My thoughts too. Put a pair of handguards back on and it'll look much more like it should.

It's not like it's a big job swapping the seat and tanks over when the need arises is it. :nenau

Whilst the Kalahari stickers would make the tank look better, is it not wiser to keep it in it's original factory perpaired colours?
