putting co-ordinates into2610

i've got co-ordinates of a place i want to visit and i can't remember how to enter them into the 2610 .please could someone explain it for me .i've already done a gps workshop and i spent a day doing it now i can't remember .

cheers thats what i've been trying to do maybe the co-ordinates are wrong .it won't bring up the number i want to enter ,i can put the first 2 in then it doesn't show the no. i want .hope this makes sense

Are you trying to enter co-ordinates in a different format ? Certainly with the SP3 (& I assume it's the same with yours) you can only enter co-ordinates in 1 format. As long as you enter them in the same style that they are shown on the screen, they should work surely.
