Pyrenees and Alps Tour ...... Is this realistic

Depends where your journey is to and from and route you take. If leaving from South with easy access to ferries should be fine but may need to accept a couple of long days and odd motorway to clear the boring bits. Just make sure you keep hydrated, easy to forget on long hot journeys, and take care at altitude I got caught out in Switzerland last year felt crap for a good couple of hours and not thinking sharply for tasking roads. Consider taking ferry to Spain and return route via locations you mentioned should be around 1000m hope this helps.

So got a tour planned for beginning of June covering Pyrenees and Alps , a lot of riding on twisty roads to cram into 2 weeks! ... Would be good to hear from anyone who has done this to see if I got it covered and if its realistic.

Your Pyrenean section looks great, but you could head up into the mountain earlier - try Lumbier to Isaba via Burgui then the Sant Pierre Martin pass - I don't want to do all the work for you . . .

BTW don't use 'du' in Spain , where 'de' is the equivalent.

Have fun - and send me details of the Alps for when it's my turn :)

Yeah sailing to Bilbao and got about 5 days in total of distance riding = 3days between spain/austria and then 2days on way home from Bern to Calais then Brighton
