With a 100mm extension it worked well, never had any issues with mine. I think Mikey bought one recently for a customers bike/build
What I would say is they are not comfy - If I were doing long days Id use a sheepskin. On Rallies it was fine because of the constant moving around and standing

The one I fitted was to a para bike,
The st I fitted a 75 mm enxtended arm to (might have been 100 mm)with modded stock subframe
Needed a slightly reduced shock stroke to prevent the wheel hitting the mudguard etc.
Mine is a modified OE 80g/s subframe. I did get a s/h 100 gs subframe which is longer and stronger but that’ll be a separate project if I decide to convert it to a dual seat. I tilted the subframe up slightly by moving the top front fixing holes back a small amount. The suspension travel on mine is limited by the rear shock and the subframe is well clear.
I’m using a RMZ front wheel with aftermarket 320mm disc and (at the moment) a f650 caliper so got all that set up before I made the wheel spacers which puts the rim slightly off centre in the forks - I’m hoping to fit an Excel rim at some point and that I can centre the rim by changing the offset slightly.
The G/S subframe will get one cross piece removed - to clear the wheel at full compression - and a couple put in front and rear. It all looks pretty simple once it’s offered up.
Front wheel I can get nearly central with KTM spacers but it messes with my OCD! I’ll look at the 690 super moto setup which the HPN riders recommend.
