Hi all,

Quadlock provides 2 solutions for the installation of the wireless charger:
- USB
- Directly wiring to the Battery

I am just wondering if it is possible to wire it with to my 2023 GSA's BMW Navigator connector (the socket is now free as I removed the Navigation Preparation cradle).
Did someone already tried this solution?
Would that be possible?
Does someone know the code of the BMW navigator connector (cradle side) for the eventual hard wiring?

Thanks in advance to all those that will answer.

Kind Regards,
Giuseppe

Thank you all guys!! Just one more question! That cable you showed me has 3 leads, while the quadlock wireless charge has only 2. Would it work anyway?🤔

Because it won’t have a usb connector on the end of the cable. It will have two bare wire ends.
Thanks.

Well, I have a 2023 GSA and and I removed the the navigation system cradle leaving an unused connector (which is definetely not usb and it is located on the right hand side of the bike - throttle side- beside the front fork, right under the usb connector). I guess that's what you mean (?)
Thank Victor! Very much appreciated.

Just noticed the instructions on the wiring! very much appreciated for your help Victor!
Can I ask you if you have the quadlock wireless charger installed with this set up?
Thanks again!
On a previous GS, not my current one. It worked fine, but I prefer not to have my phone on show, so if it needs charging, I use the factory fitted usb port and the phone is tucked away in my Wunderlich handlebar bag. I use a dedicated bike sat nav now.

Thanks.

Yes, the adaptor cable will mate up with the bikes oem sat nav cradle connecter. This will supply 12 volt to the Quadlock wireless charger.

Thank you very much Victor. I really appreciate it!
I received the 3 pin connector today (13 euro from BMW) cheaper than any other third part. Waiting for my charger now.
I use the phone as navigator. I will charge it only while driving, will never leave the phone visible.
I am already using the quadlock support (standard, no charger). I prefer it over the bmw options.
I am addcited to waze ang google maps.
Thanks you very much once again.
