Quest and bluetooth

Have seen a number of BT transmitters that appear to plug into a 3.5mm jack - is it conceivable that this device http://www.mobileshop.com/accessories/item-accessories.php?myCategory=phones&pageAction=showAccessory&accessoryID=PUNIVEBLUE0039 , connected to an earbud, would provide wireless voice commands from a Quest/QPAQ?

Conceiveable ..Yes but I am assured it may appear simple than it really is, as there are many hurdles to overcome, such as can we get BT inside QPAC, will it talk to *any* BT earpiece etc. The feasability of this is only being considered at this moment. It may not happen.

It should work. What also works (but not with sufficient volume if you use earplugs) is the 3.5mm male connector of the dual plug from a PMR radio lead. This feeds the Quest audio into both helmet speakers, which you could retain for full comms at a later stage?

If you use earplugs - you will definately require some sort of amplifier (Starcom, Autocom etc)
