new to gps hope someone can help. me and daughter are going to portugal next year. first haul is a direct route to the nurburg ring from amsterdam. staying in this area for a couple of days using b roads etc, then moving on using scenic route to friburg.als staying around in blackforest for a couple of days using b roads etc. from here direct route to andorra staying a couple of days using roads in that area. from there following the coaste of spain down to faro, portugal for bike rally. afterwards heading home spain scenic routes, france scenic routes back to amsterdam.will the quest be up for the job. obviously i will not be using all of these countries just the direction i am going in. hope you all understand. thanks in advance tony

Probably, if you are careful about which maps you select. You select only the maps around the route you will be following, and you won't need maps for the bits where you're going over the motorway, as the basemap covers those.

You'd have to look at a copy of Mapsource to check, but it's likely to be possible. Alternatively, if you take a laptop with you, you can upload new sets of maps whenever you change your location.
