Quest Mounts ...

Having had my first real play with it ( I took it up the mountain whilst snowboarding ... well, you have to , don't you!) they truly are a great piece of kit for the money ...

Now, thinking about the warmer weather .. what is the best way to fit it onto the bike ?

Garmin seem to offer a mount, but no picture ...
Touratech offer two .. Handle Bar Bracket for Quest 57.85 GBP, or a MvG version ... what is the difference, as it's 40 quid more !!

Any other options ... other than velcro ...?

How long does the Quest last (real world) on battery power?

I've managed an 8 hour hillwalk in cold conditions with mine and the battery-o-meter still showed 1/2.

So does anyone know what the MvG Touratech one is / differs from the std?

I think it's the lockable mount and more heavy duty.
