Quest on and off????

My 6 month old Quest decided to "lock up" when being used in the car yesterday. I eventually turned it off, now to turn it on again I have to reset it all the time with the old "power on and zoom in button" trick.

My 18 month old Quest is faultless. So is the newer one on the way out, or have I buggered it up inadvertently?

Good old Garmin customer support. A couple of emails explaining the issue and they have solved the problem. It involved erasing all user data,

Page+Power+OK buttons pressed at once, YES to erase data, then turn it on and allow it to locate satellites.

Touch wood so far it is working normally again.
