Do baglux do a tank cover for the normal 1150GS but like the ones they do for the adv with the GS logo :nenau

I don't think so mate.

Ash had a GSA with a standard tank and he had to get a saddler to cut him out the letters and stitch them to the cover. No doubt he'll spot this thread and fill in more of the details. :thumb2

Give 'em a ring and ask. I remember when the 1150 first came out and they were developing the cover, they were more than happy to produce what i wanted - which was a cover without the silly little plastic viewing windows for the roundel.
I've been meaning to contact them for a quote on a bespoke cover for a 41 litre tank, but lack of funds have held up my plans.

I've heard (and been shown in one case) that baglux covers can damage the tank paint? Not sure if this is a genuine concern or just scaremongering but it has always stopped me from getting one.

The one I was shown had been used long term in very dusty conditions (the theory being that the dust / grit works it's way under the cover and grinds away at the paint), so it may only be a concern under these fairly extreme conditions...

I have had baglux covers on several bikes over many thousands of miles and they have never caused any damage to the paint. They have saved shit loads though:D
