I have a quest 1, which is pretty good (could do with larger buttons though) anyway i was using it to find a village near by, but it didn't list it, but if i browsed around it was there???????? another time when I tried to find an address it couldn't find the road name, but again if i browsed it was listed. So what am I doing wrong, why doesn't it find everything that is on the map, especially a village (though small it' still there)

mine's a bit funny

It helps if you specify the town first when doing an address search, otherwise I can't help with the other query. They're just a bit tempremental I'm afraid.

Your suffering the common problem of expecting the Quest to find things the way you want/expect, not you learning how the Quest finds things............we all go do it :)

If I can't find a road straight away (ie the way I expect to), then I default to just the first few letters and scrolling down.

Also there are other things like you expect the road to be in one town, when in fact it's in another.

Example. My window cleaner lives in Eastcote Village, but his postal address is Pinner.............which is where the Quest has him.
