Managed to get out Sunday, bit cold at times and the footage is a bit grey, cos, well, it was!

First crack at video editing from the Contour and uploading to Vimeo so excuse any cock-ups or bad frame / encoding choices etc. (Stevie73)!

Got a few more viddies coming soon from those insane Keswick weekends in the middle of this year :beer:

Those steep climbing corners early on - get the wrong gear, or get in neutral by accident and its heart in mouth :eek:

...& bike on top of you :eek: I've alway loved riding that road "enthusiastically" & usually link it up with Ulpha Fell to the South & Fellfoot to the NE into Ambleside, then The Struggle to Kirkstone Pass followed by the route through Troutbeck into Windermere or Ings. I love the feeling of a nice warm back tyre just digging in & launching at the next hairpin...:thumb2

Excellent! The same day earlier on I covered Sella Brow and Birker Fell (through Ulpha and Seathwaite). Fantastic. You can't beat it. :bounce1
