R 1200 GS ABS failure

Does anyone about ABS problems on 1200 GS? Mine broke down after 200 kms. Factory and dealer have taken 1 months to diagnose and request parts, factory seems not have parts in stock (wire harness, 2 computer modules). ABS would turn off intermitently but ABS pump would be on at all times, plus, the speedometer wouldn´t work at times, bikes would start and turn off after 2 minutes, etc.

Bad Luck.
But its nice to know that if I tour south America on a 1200Gs the local mechanics will be familiar with the beast...

That's possibly the most unhelpful response I've seen in a long while. I'm actually in broad agreement with your sentiment but to respond like that to someones first or second post isn't giving a very good impression is it?
