R 1200 GS OR R 1150 GS

I want to buy one of there two bikes, like I posted before, only problem is, I have a F 650 CS with ABS, REMUS exhaust, heated grips, new tires, oil, oil filter, battery, 14700 km, from 04.2003, that I have to trade and max 3500 EURO CASH for 1200 GS and 2500 for a 1150 GS with less then 50.000 KM and ABS, heated grips and hopefuly roll over bar and maybe side-cases.

Problem is guy seems to be from Romania - long way to come/go to look at a bike
