I'm sure that the report on Reporting Scotland last night asked the rhetorical question: "When will we see the likes of them again?"
Apart from guffawing, my second response was - who'd want to?
But I guess to have become national treasures they must have done something good. Endearing themselves to the nation covers it I suppose!
